Who we are

An independent voice for every working journalist in Pakistan

The Federation unites reporters, photojournalists, camera operators and editors across all four provinces, Azad Jammu & Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan and the federal capital. We speak with one voice on press freedom, and we stand behind our members when that freedom is tested.

Our work is funded by members and delivered through 38 district chapters — independent of any political party, media house or commercial interest.
